Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

✔ ✅A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all onsite and customized training reservations.

✔ ✅This deposit secures your training dates and covers pre-training consultations and preparation.



Cancellation Terms

✔ ✅Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled training date will forfeit the deposit.

✔ ✅Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis.

✔✅ Online courses and self-paced training are non-refundable once access has been granted.



Refund Policy

✔ ✅Refunds for onsite training (excluding the 50% deposit) will be evaluated case-by-case if cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance.

✔ ✅If IMPACT Institute must cancel a training session, organizations will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
